Our firm has acted as the legal representative of ČESMAD Slovakia since 1995. During this time, we have gained extensive experience in issues relating to TIR carnets and CMR conventions, as well as in the field of transport and freight forwarding services.
We represented the association ČESMAD Slovakia against customs authorities and the customs directorate in connection with customs debts and the TIR guarantee system. We represent individual hauliers, carriers and insurance companies in connection with various problems that arise for them during international goods transport.
We have extensive, almost 20 years of experience in the field of aviation law, starting from the establishment of an airline to providing legal advice related to the routine operations of an airline.
Our legal advice is also extensive in the area of aircraft leasing agreements, purchase agreements, novations of existing legal relationships, aircraft registration, and the like. We primarily provide this legal advice to foreign clients, including foreign leasing companies and international banks.
