Our services include the preparation and review of transaction documentation, particularly Lease Agreements, Lease Novation Agreements, Security Trust Agreements and Security Agreements, with a particular focus on analysing and adapting international documentation to Slovak law requirements and advising on its validity, enforceability and effectiveness in the Slovak Republic.
