Jana has been working at alianciaadvokátov ak, s.r.o. since October 2013 and has been cooperating with the law firm as an associate attorney since November 2019.

She specialises primarily in employment law, commercial law, including corporate law, civil law, and real estate law. As part of her practice, she represents clients before courts in commercial, civil, and employment disputes, as well as in proceedings before administrative authorities.

Throughout her career, she has also gained extensive experience in pharmaceutical law and the regulation of financial intermediation. She actively participates in drafting contracts and preparing legal analyses in English across various areas of law. She currently also focuses on aviation law, with a significant part of her legal work being carried out for English-speaking clients.

When providing legal services, she places particular emphasis on practical and effective solutions tailored to the individual needs of each client.
