In accordance with Act No. 315/2016 Coll. on the Register of Public Sector Partners, a legal entity or natural person who wishes to receive financial resources from the state budget, from the budget of a public law institution, or from the budget of a municipality is considered a so-called public sector partner and must be mandatorily registered in the Register of Public Sector Partners.
