Ke\u010f\u017ee Slovensko dlhodobo vykazuje jeden z najvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch rozdielov v odme\u0148ovan\u00ed mu\u017eov a \u017eien v E\u00da, \u0161t\u00e1t zav\u00e1dza mechanizmy, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa za cie\u013e nielen diskrimin\u00e1ciu zakazova\u0165, ale ju aj akt\u00edvne odha\u013eova\u0165 a finan\u010dne postihova\u0165.
